STAR ANALYTICS ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF CEO

Founder to Focus on Strategic Role

Star Analytics, Inc. today announced that Founder and former CEO Quinlan Eddy has moved into a new strategic role to help guide the company's future product and market strategy. The company's Chief Operating Officer, Trevor Hughes, has assumed the role of President and CEO, effective immediately.

In his new position as Chief Strategy Officer, Quinlan Eddy is now responsible for long-term product visioning, market strategy, strategic alliances and sales. "In this new role I will be better able to guide the company's long term direction by focusing on the products which our customers want and need, and by getting our message out to the market," he said.

As new President and CEO, Trevor Hughes said, "Quinlan has done an outstanding job of creating and managing Star Analytics to become a successful company with a valuable, high-quality product and many satisfied customers. We are both excited to have him take on this new role to help the company move to the next stage of its growth."

Trevor Hughes joined Star Analytics in January of 2005 as COO and has been instrumental in orchestrating the growth and success of the company. As Quinlan Eddy said, "Trevor has a unique combination of industry knowledge and exceptional leadership skills, and I have 100% confidence in his ability to take over the reins of the company at this point."
