TREVOR HUGHES, PRESIDENT & CEO
Trevor is uniquely qualified as a leader within the BPM industry. As part of the original Arbor team which created the Essbase Analysis Server, he has over twelve years of experience with the Hyperion product suite. After leaving Hyperion and prior to joining Star Analytics, Trevor was a management consultant working with Hyperion customers and technology startups, including assisting clients in raising both seed money and venture capital. Prior to joining Hyperion, Trevor was a software architect and technology expert in the fields of databases, spreadsheets, and client-server technology, working for companies such as Lotus Development. He also has written several technology patents for unique process methodologies. Trevor started his professional career in the UK, where he was co-founder and partner of a successful software company. He holds a BS (with honors) in Computer Science & Software Engineering from the University of Birmingham, England.


QUINLAN EDDY, FOUNDER & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Quinlan began his career in financial and consolidations systems at Citibank as a financial analyst in Singapore where he pioneered the use of Essbase for Citicorp as a corporate standard. He joined Arbor Software in 1994, prior to its IPO and subsequent merger with Hyperion Solutions. At Arbor, Quinlan served many different roles in pre and post sales consulting, quality assurance and as Channel Sales Manager, North Pacific Rim where he managed sales and services for over 320 customers. In 1998 he founded OLAP Online, a consulting company based in Tokyo, Japan. Since then he has been one of the leading consultants in the Hyperion BPM market. He has over 15 years of experience with the Hyperion product suite, and has provided consulting services to over 80 companies in 11 countries. He holds five Business Intelligence-related professional certifications and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.


SUZANNE HOFFMAN, VP WORLDWIDE SALES
Suzanne has more than 20 years of Business Intelligence sales and sales management experience. For that past eight years Suzanne has served as vice president of global sales with both publicly held and private companies, primarily in the Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing markets including: Applix, Aspect Communications, and most recently, HyperRoll. Suzanne spent five years with Arbor Software and Hyperion in both direct and channels as a regional and global manager. Suzanne's record of sales success has helped her focus her talents to teaching her sales and partner sales teams to over-perform and achieve industry acclaim. She has a degree in Economics and Mathematics from Smith College and a Certificate in Management from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.


STEFFEN FREDERIKSEN, VP ENGINEERING
Steffen is a seasoned software technology expert, with a significant track record of managing software engineering teams for a number of Silicon Valley startup companies. As a manager, employee, or independent consultant he has been a key contributor and driving force behind many products and technology components, mainly in the fields of data communications, local area networks and digital security. Prior to joining Star Analytics, he co-founded SeqID, a company delivering digital certificate management to US and global clients. Prior to SeqID, he co-founded Acotec, Inc., an industry leader in remote access management solutions to the corporate world. Among the many projects he has been involved with, he was responsible for inventing Internet LanBridge, one of the first products for sharing Internet connections among many users. He holds a BSEE from the Danish Engineering Academy in Copenhagen, Denmark.


TOM TORTOLANI, VP PRODUCTS
Tom has over 20 years of software product management experience, delivering market leading reporting and analysis product and solutions to the office of the CFO. At Star Analytics, Tom is responsible for defining product strategy, identifying market and customer requirements, and bringing new products to market. Tom's foray into the software industry started at Pilot Executive Software/Thorn EMI Computer Software where he drove decision support system implementations, and multi-dimensional data analysis product requirements. He was among the first 10 employees at a true valley success story, Hyperion Solutions/Arbor Software. Tom was a key contributor to the creation of the BI and OLAP industry, successfully managing multiple product lines and more than 20 product releases of the Essbase product family. Recently Tom was the VP of Product Management at Aceva Technologies, where he drove the product vision and requirements for their leading edge Credit and Collections software that were acquired by Sungard. Tom is the primary inventor on US patent 6,317,750 for advanced multi-dimensional navigational techniques and holds a BA degree in Economics from Bowdoin College.
