REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS

Location: All US Regions
We have an immediate need for top-notch Regional Sales Managers to develop, manage and drive sales of our Star Integration Server software product through a variety of direct and indirect sales channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain multiple sales cycles through both direct and indirect channels
  • Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to penetrate your defined region.
  • Sell to C-level executives to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility.
  • Presentation development and delivery to all levels of contacts for each phase of the sales process.
  • Precisely and completely manage the flawless sales execution, through the entire sales process.
  • Consistently build and deliver on an accurate account and territory pipeline in the Salesforce CRM System.
  • Travel within your assigned territory is required.

Successful candidate Profile:
  • A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
  • Solid and successful background in building and managing a defined region within an enterprise software environment.
  • Minimum of 3+ years software sales experience with skills and expertise in selling large dollar enterprise software applications and solutions
  • Experience in the Business Intelligence software market, ideally with Hyperion products or other, similar financial software applications,
  • Experience in Consultative, value-proposition and business case driven sales methodology.
  • Outstanding creative writing, presentation development and delivery skills
  • Must be independent, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and be willing to take on new challenges.
  • Experience in a Virtual-Team selling environment.
  • Some experience of a high-growth startup environment would be a strong plus.
  • Some knowledge and understanding of other enterprise software, such as ETL or data warehousing is highly desirable.
