LYND BACON, PRESIDENT, LYND BACON & ASSOCIATES, (LBA) LTD.
Lynd has over two decades of experience in providing data-driven strategies and tactics across a broad range of industries. His areas of expertise include marketing, new product development, research methodology, and decision support methods. He founded Sighthound Solutions, a software company providing innovation support tools, and Information Arts, a software company that provided tools for the quantitative analysis of text as data. He has held senior executive positions with NFO WorldGroup, Knowledge Networks, and Vividence (subsequently acquired by Keynote Systems), with responsibilities in product and systems development, advanced analytics, and applied science. He has taught at the University of Chicago (where he was the Associate Director of the Center for Research in Marketing), the University of Illinois at Chicago, and Rush University. He has also been Vice President of the American Marketing Association's Marketing Research Council. Lynd has a Ph.D. in Cognitive (Experimental) Psychology an M.A. in Physiological Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. He completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Rush-Presbyterian-St.Luke's Medical Center in Chicago.
JEFF BROBST, VP, FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS, SYMANTEC CORPORATION
As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Symantec, Jeff has worldwide authority over budgeting, forecasting and analysis functions. He is also responsible for the Internal Reporting group, which develops and supports financial applications, reporting and services. Since joining Symantec in 1991 Jeff has served in a number capacities, including Consolidations & External Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Regional and Business Unit Controller. Jeff holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Veena Gundavelli has extensive experience in the software industry and brings with her a strong business management background combined with a solid technical expertise. A visionary and seasoned entrepreneur, Veena founded Emagia in 1998. Under her leadership and vision, the company established itself as the leader in Enterprise Cash Flow Management area with leading edge products and a marquee Fortune 100 and Global 2000 customer base. Prior to founding Emagia, Veena was a cofounder and vice president of Solix Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise applications services. Prior to Solix Technologies, she also held several management and development roles at Cisco Systems, Canon Information systems and other companies. Veena holds a MSCE from Santa Clara University and a BSEE from Osmania University.
DYKE HENSEN, VP MARKETING AND NORTH AMERICAN COO, PRECISION POINT SOFTWARE
Dyke Hensen leads PrecisionPoint's worldwide marketing and is COO for PrecisionPoint Software's North American operations. He has been on the leading edge of business intelligence, OLAP, Predictive Analytics, EIS and DSS software for over 20 years. Dyke spent the last four years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing of SPSS, where his marketing team defined the software segment for Predictive Analytics. Prior to SPSS he was the Chief Product Officer for Hyperion Solutions, responsible for product development and product management for the entire Hyperion Solutions product set. Dyke also has held senior management positions in channels sales at Arbor Software and was National Sales Director for Pilot Executive Software.
